    horrible, I was looking to buy a large tv and had geeksquad survey whether or not it would fit down either entrance to the basement. I was promised it would work, and they would take it out of the box if necessary. Went ahead and bought the tv ,the stand, the warrantee, the installation, and waited weeks for it. Had family waiting for them while I was at work, needless to say it wouldn't fit and they won't take it out of the box. A complete waste of two days, time , and effort. Had great help at the actual best buy store and explained that my projectors had only lasted about 2.5 years each, wanted to move forward with a large tv and have something I could keep for a long time. Now I'm back at square one.

    I thought I knew what I wanted to do. I don't think I was provided recommendations. I regret making a very positive review on my purchases since the sound bar doesn't work so I want to return it and I didn't get NBC on the antenna so the tech didn't scan channels correctly or at all. As far as the Geek Squad recommendation question below, it depends on who you get but "Maybe" is not an option.
