Ask more questions

I had hard wired cameras that I wanted to install but they only install wireless cameras. I found this out from the last technician who came out. The first technician said someone else who installs hardwired cameras would be in contract to tell me what i needed for my cameras to be installed. Next week comes and the person hasn’t called. It is not until the end of the month that another tech comes out and tells me that geek squad doesn’t install wired cameras. The people came and the only reason I knew what timeframe they were coming, is because i called in the morning to see. Glad there was no cost but it was time consuming and meant my home was partially for longer than i wanted. Currently have wireless cameras but needed something with longer clips.
