Too many problems

Best Buy even upgraded at no extra charge to me and the techs have been super, especially Andy. But I'm still encountering problems on a recurring basis.

Glorified Sales Call

Rather than attempt to address the issue, they kept telling me I just needed to upgrade to a mesh network that they conveniently had in their truck. I sent them away and figured out the issue myself a few hours later.
