The agents evaluated the best solution to gaining reception to my Bose Entertainment unit....... They were able to determine a solution very quickly. Anthony knows his business and the Geek Squad is very lucky to have him. He is first class.... Furthermore, Best Buy has a gal at their Sierra Vista Store that is more than polite and nice looking. Her name is Tana and she is one of the smartest women I have ever met. She is quick, smart and very very knowledgeable. She comes from a "military" background and it shows..... Once again, congratulations to Best Buy to have such sharp people under their employ.... I wish a few more retailers would catch on........

My Geek Squad guys Patrick and Steven, did a great job setting up my Sony 55" Bravia TV and a Bose 900 soundbar. A different method had to be used to mount/install the TV with the soundbar due to the Sony TV sitting on a platform instead of on legs. Patrick thought "Outside the Box" and came up with the perfect solution for my living room space. I am enjoying the TV and Soundbar thanks to Patrick and Steven!!

So I was conflicted over paying what I thought was ‘excessive’ for Geek Squad’s annual membership plan. However, after experiencing their service first-hand, I am glad that I did. I cannot give enough credit to the Geek Squad rep (Theodore?) who installed the tv in my son’s room. Not only did he handle the installation with courtesy, know-how and professionalism, he took the time to explain all of the intricacies of what he was doing, as well as all the bells and whistles of the new set I had purchased (I’m not that tech-savvy). This rep single-handedly justified why I had paid what I paid for this installation. Because if this experience, I’m actually considering extending my membership for another year.

The Geek Squad kept us informed of their time of arrival then performed their task in a very professional manner testing all equipment then making suggestions to better improve the reception on the TV, Tuner and other items.

The Geek Squad not only installed our new television on our TV lift, they connected and made sure all our devices we use with our TV worked and came up with creative means of solving problems unique to our equipment. I am very grateful.
