    The guys that came to my house were great this time, but they cannot do anything for the second time in a row because the people set up the wrong kind of service appointment This was very disturbing to me. Don’t know if I’ll ever use you again.

    Individual whom showed up couldn’t answer any of my basic questions and told me they would have to send someone else out to give me an estimate. He called his supervisor and was attempting to relay what I had told him to her and told me I would receive a call within the hour to discuss options. I never received any follow up and just ended up doing the work myself.

    My Best Buy order was cancelled and I have received a full refund from Best Buy promptly. However, I have contacted the Geek Squad twice and I am yet to receive my refund. I've been given a cancellation confirmation number #247016579. My order was cancelled on 08/12/2020. I would like assistance with receiving my refund.

    Had a Geek Squad come to my house to give me an estimate on security cameras. Looked around “Will” said he would send me an email with details and prices. Didn’t receive anything until I called, 2 weeks later. The email didn’t have details or prices. Called 2 different numbers and transferred 3 times before I got “ Will’s” number which I left a voice mail and still didn’t get anything different. So SAD you can’t even get someone that you would pay to do a job.

    I started the process about 6 weeks ago . The geek squad have been to my house 3 times already . The job is still not done . One of the problems is the booking service . In efficient . Secondly delay in getting bookings for either review of job to be done , Igor doing the work . For a big firm ‘ Best Buy it has been an incredibly bad experience .. and the work has still not been completed , Roger keys

    He got 1 star for being on time, professional, and friendly. I needed info on how to hook up various old electronic components to my new Bose sound bar since I left speakers in my old house when I sold house. However, I am still waiting for the results of the survey that were supposed to be sent via e-mail within a few days. I have even sent him an e-mail, but gotten no response. I had hoped for an answer, even it meant requiring a purchase of other components.

    first in-home measurement cancelled since BB scheduled a home theater expert to measure for a wall oven. Second appointment was A NO SHOW; managers are not able to solve anything; BB doesn't answer a phone . . WILL SEEK TO CANCEL ENTIRE ORDER; over 4 hours wasted ON HOLD waiting for inept staff including store managers to schedule Appt for pre-installation measurement; additional 2 hours wasted waiting for response for NO SHOW

    They were very unprofessional. They stained my house with their dirty hands and didn’t care that they messed up my walls. If I asked them a question they got mad. They don’t care about other people’s property. Plain and simple, they just dropped off my products, left a mess and expected that I cleaned up their mess. I had to re clean their stained mess on my walls.

    The two men came out to evaluate us for Starlink Satellite. They determined where to hook it up, and said they would get back to us as to when they could do the job. They never got back to us.

    The guy who visited me was very professional, but the follow up was extremely poor. I was promised to get a follow up call about the equipment and the cost but somehow no one seemed to care, and didn’t receive a call as promised, thus the reason for the one star rating

    Had my cpu fans installed and they were installed wrong. No care being taken with my computer. Been back 3x to get it fixed. Techs unfortunately dont know what theyre doing. Gave me my computer back with a mess of new issues. May have to contact a lawyer.

    The site survey failed to determine the length of the necessary cable until the installation was underway and thus an overly long cable was installed. The installers were behind schedule and thus did not test or explain the equipment and left without giving the proper explanation of other equipment that would be needed for Dish connection the following day. This omission resulted in delay of the subsequent installation.

    For all the good things and praise that Best Buy would have you believe about the geek squad, I sure don’t see them living up to all that. Most of them are not knowledgeable about what they do, most often unfriendly and almost always in a hurry and don’t like questions. As good a company that Best Buy is, they could do better than the Geek Squad. Sorry, in my opinion that’s the way I see it.

    Geek Squad Never Followed Through

    This never occurred. I was shuffled between different people to come do the site survey and then when they didn’t have the TV mount I was considering they said they wouldn’t come until I had it or choose one they had in stock. Very disappointed and I ended up hanging my wall mount by myself.

    HE REALLY DID NOTHING, HE SAID HE WASN'T HERE TO FIX ANYTHING , JUST TO SEE WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. NICE GUY BUT WE WERE UNIMPRESSED. HERE FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES. WE LEARNED NOTHING. TOLD US BUY A NEW T.V. OUR T.V. IS ALMOST LIKE NEW. WE ARE NOT BUYING A NEW T.V.

    I was looking for installer of SimpliSafe Security system. Intake clerk verified the name of home security system and send to us installer. Installer arrived according to the schedule and said that Geek Squad does not deal with installation of SimpliSafe system and left our home in two minutes.
