I absolutely love to buy at Best Buy because the service they provide. This time I bought and ac unit and had to return it next day because it was too big for my window. I had no issues with the delivery and the return. The Geek Squad came both days, on time! As scheduled, and of good cheer, no complains about my 2 flies of stairs! Delivered and picked up!! When I bought my Tv exactly the same!! I love them!! Definitely worth to chose Best Buy!

These guys were great! Had my tv mounted, connected and set up in less than one hour! Personable, explained all the how to’s snd left me info in case I had questions later,

The guys seem very knowledgeable of what they needed to do and what needed to be get done. They also gave me some advice and insight of what cannot be done, and the additional equipment that will be needed to sit it up the proper way. I was given the options of what to purchase to upgrade my system And if I needed to stick with what I have or buy additional equipment

Brian Lindy came out with a helper to install my Ring cameras and alarm system, new router, myQ garage door system and fix my Sonos sound bar. Both guys were very professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything in full detail from start to finish. They were able to get everything done really fast. They would've been done 45 minutes sooner if Comcast didn't hold them up. Super impressed with those guys. Sorry I don't remember the helpers name but both did an awesome job!!

Brandon and his assistant were exceptional. Excellent knowledge and understanding of equipment and customer needs. Always courteous and great communication skills with explanation of the technology and its operation.

The tech, Austen kept in touch with me every step of the way. He measured the oven and stove and made recommendations for new appliances. I would recommend Austen for future services. This was NOT a home theater visit. I look forward to the installation of the new appliances being successful!

Two Geek Squad advisors visited and we discussed a plan to make my home a "Smart Home", using existing technology I had received for gifts or prior purchases, and without spending a bunch of money. We put together a plan to incorporate several smart devices, over time, to achieve what I want to do. Both of them worked well together and made many good suggestions. This plan will take a while depending on what I can afford, and how the new technology interfaces with what I want to do. They did not try to push things on me, it was a good idea sharing time and I look forward to making it happen.

Technicians review the outside of my house and inside of my house to determine what technology I needed to get my Google nest cameras to work outside. The technician even helped where to place the cameras to get the best coverage. If you want to have some technology in your house but you're really not sure how to get it to work in your house highly recommend calling Best buy home setup. Wish I had known about them sooner I could have had security cameras up and running sooner on my property.

He did a great job unfortunately my satellite internet wasn’t very compatible with the system I had purchased. But, the geek squad member was dilgenin getting it to work.

I had a site survey done by Todd with Geek Squad. He was very knowledgeable. He went over all of my options for a home theater and also for outdoor speakers. Iam going to go with his recommendations and i am very excited about doing this home theater.

This service was performed over a year ago, so I don't recall many details. However, the tv install was done well and effectively. I've been pleased with the product and install since.
