Did not like the service

Did not get useful information. He referred us to Magnolia to service our theater room. When I bought annual service from Best Buy, I was told they can do everything. So far it has not been what I expected. waste of money.

I did my installation

Then not even 3 months the orbi started malfuctioning. SO I went back and bought the EERO and it is much simple to connect and I did not have to pay for service

Waste of time

Everything they told me was incorrect! I had another company come and it was $20 not the $2000 they said they needed(plus the cost of projector)! They didn’t know anything about the product or installation, which was already wired for!

Poor...arrived at 3:30 for an 8-12 appointment.

Did not know how to program a universal remote. Poor. Steve, who was there earlier, seemed to be the only guy who knew what was supposed to happen.
