No help at all. Was to advise about TV wall mounts

Suggested different member of Best Buy team come out who would know better what model Wall mounts, etc. are available.

They never got back to me

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had scheduled a home survey for installation of my stereo system, they came were polite and sold me a bunch of dreams. Told me they would draw up an estimate and come install everything for me. Never ever heard back from them. Terrible.

Missed two scheduled appointments.

Still hidden fees and charges. I purchase most all of my electronics from BB but this geek squad is a total complete gimmick if I ever saw one.

Awful Customeer Service

Disappointed

But, when the third party vendor came by on the installation day, they said they couldn't. I had to return the home surveillance system because of it.

The service is not what it used to be
