    I scheduled appointments twice and no one from Geek Squad came to conduct the site survey. I would have given it zero stars if possible.

    It was very difficult to get assistance and I had go into the store. Phone reps were clueless. In the store the squad was great!

    Geek Squad came to my house, discussed the TV mount and surround system install and they never sent the estimate or did follow up. I am disappointed with Geek Squad Support.

    It's been over a week waiting for a quote. The guy that came gave us no ideas for feedback for our TV mount. He didn't seem to care what we did. My husband left his job early to meet with this guy, eager for ideas.

    I asked for Jerry who by the way is very knowledgeable and has great customer service. The person they sent worked in entertainment installation and had no clue about home security. Will try again and only ask for Jerry.

    advice on installing cameras

    Agent came out to advise on where to install ring cameras. Did not know the first thing about the camera's and had to call someone to ask the diameter of the cameras. Very disappointed and a waste of my time.
