Everyone as been very professional and kind. Our outside representative Sydney who meant with my wife and I was awesome and throughout the last several months. We bought our TV's among other products from her in Syracuse to be installed in our forever home in Fl. She made it possible to be done, and along with geek squad in Fl to set up where tv would be installed. It has been a great team effort from everyone to make our dream home a true reality. Give all of these employees a great Thank you for all of there effort they are great assets to your company.

Outstanding work by Thomas and his associate. Everything is working great and they went over all the remotes for using. They were very courteous and friendly.

Team arrived promptly and did an excellent job with an extensive project (security cameras, multiple TV’s, receiver). They were thoughtful and thorough. It was a complicated project working with some existing equipment. They stayed until the everything was working perfectly. We purchased OLED TV’s based on their recommendations and they are amazing. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Thank you!

I ordered site survey as I wanted to find out if I can mount large 70 inch or 75 inch TV in my basement. I do not know if the dry wall in my basement could hold up a 70 inch or 75 inch TV. Also not sure if that size could fit through my narrow stair case basement. BB site survey guy arrived on time. I was notified and reminded through text and e-mail a day before the appointment and a couple of hours before appt. It is nice to get constant update to let me know that he is on his way, and the person's name. He arrived by himself, surveyed the stairway. He checked the dry wall, trying to find stud, and gave me options on how to mount TV. Overall, very friendly and professional service, and knowledgable.

Technician we very knowledgeable . was able to call and arrive considerably earlier than original schedule. Unfortunately/ fortunately the misbehaving printer behaved as it should.

More too often does a organization get more complaints than praise, but in my case, I would like to thank the entire staff at Best Buy and Geek Squad in Highland, for exceptional help and courteous in the purchase and installation of 6 Ring exterior cameras, including a door camera. As a retired supervisor of a maintenance force my whole life, I have too often gotten complaints that just weren’t warranted. And when a kind word came my way, I was pleased to pass it on. No less than 7 employees assisted me in my purchases, on two different visits, and you people in management need to pass this down to the grunts that deserve it.

I have used the geek squad several years and find all members technically sharp, mostly personable and effective. An agent installed a HP wireless printer at my house last year. It has worked well ever since-she did a good job. Most of my contact with an agent has been very good. Only a single time did I feel I knew more than the one particular agent. The holding time is fair some of the times contacted and could be improved . Overall I am very pleased withe the preforance of the Geek squad agents.

The agents were fantastic in rearranging our home entertainment center and performed other miscellaneous tasks. They also were very patient and thorough in answering questions.

They did good. We already had them out before to install the TV but we had to take it off the wall and could not remember how to put it back on. They did not have a lot to do but they did good for us.

The agents mounted the TVs quickly and showed how the surround sound worked. Also, the agents hid the wires without making a hole in the wall.

Connected receiver to wall speakers, tv and Sony cd player. Great job. Everything works fine.

Home install agent did a wonderful job. He informed me of what he could do and couldn’t do with what I had. Then he advised me as to what I needed to get to perform the work I wanted to do. Thanks so much for a great service call.

I had Randy and Frank from the St George Utah come to my home for a site survey. They arrived as scheduled. Both men were very knowledgeable and gave me great ideas for the tv and accessories in my great room. Randy thinks outside of the box with ideas which I love. Great experience to the point Randy will be back at my home doing the installation he proposed. The items needed arrived quickly to my Home from Best Buy. With the site survey the techs can see what they have to work with and go from there.I’m looking forward to see the finished product. Feel very confident with Randy’s ideas and skills needed to complete the installation. Thanks for offering site surveys.

Josh from the Stevens Point Best Buy provided us with an excellent tutorial on our iMac desktop. He was very informative and repeatedly said there were no “dumb questions “! We also had two techs from the Wausau Best Buy help us with WiFi set up in our home which is an older home. They were very helpful, quickly realized the problem, and efficiently helped us rectify it for functional WiFi throughout the home. Very pleased during our first year subscription with Geek Squad and just recently renewed for our second year.

The technician was professional and knowledgeable. I was impressed with how well he installed the door bell. I would recommend him for all your needs.

Tech explained clearly why my system could not be connected to my smart TV. it was done in terms I could understand.

As a benefit of Total Tech Support with Best Buy is on location support. I had purchased a WiFi booster which didn’t have the capacity to do what I needed. I made an appointment with Geek Squad, and within minutes the agent determined my problem was the equipment and told me what I needed to have. I returned the first unit and bought the correct device. As the installation was more involved, and I had recently had surgery, I made arrangements for the agent to return to install the new device. The agent was extremely nice, friendly and efficient. He also assisted me by ensuring I understood how to operate the related equipment and how it interacted.

Brandon installed my new LG television and connected it to my existing peripherals.
