My new Samsung tv is terrific — lightweight and no frame! Great picture and lots of new features, many of which I still have to familiarize myself about.

I recently ordered a TV and washer + dryer combo from Best Buy and both were delivered in a timely manner and in perfect condition! I had the washer & dryer installed and the technician Taylor was very personable, safe (wore a mask), and friendly. He and his partner did an excellent job!

I went in today with a weird situation and these 2 were awesome! They really got me taken care of and was ready to do whatever it took to get me the computer I needed. Great service. Store manager Wendell was super nice and apologized for said weird situation and was just on top of it all.

I in the Hammond Drive location in Dunwoody Georgia on 12/23/21 to purchase a charger cord for my iPhone. I didn’t see the cord anywhere on the shelves. I spoke with an associate and was told that there aren’t any in stock, but when I clicked on the store location it said I could pick it up that day. The associate was telling me I would have to have it delivered. The manager, Ben, overheard the conversation and stepped in to see if he could help. Ben went looking around the store and even went back to the warehouse to find it and he was able to find it. He also was able to price match it for me. Ben, thank you for going above and beyond with your customer service. I know it’s only a charger cable, but your customer service truly made my day. He really went the extra mile even for my small purchase. Thank you so much!!

Excellent service installing and setting up home theater. I love my 75" Samsung flat screen and 250 watt theater sound system. Marvelous picture and sound quality.

Review of Surroundsound in our main floor and basement entertainment system. Appropriate cable Rec for the surroundsound with the new smart TVs. Recommendations on receivers to purchase to upgrade to better sound and TV quality.

The two gentlemen who came to our home to install one new TV and one existing TV where exceptional. Friendly, professional, curteous and gladly answered all our questions. But -- they went above and beyond. They did not just instal what we purchased. They saw the size of the TV, the structure of our wall .... and told us that the TV mount we purchased would not work. They had a new one for us - that works perfectly - and returned the one we could not use. And they made sure all our streaming services were up and running before they left.

We used Geek Squad to get files off my old Mac and put them on a portable hard drive. When I arrived there was a line of people waiting which I didn't mind. I didn't have an appointment. Alexander let us know they would be with us soon, and he was happy I was there. I love that he didn't ignore us like most cust serv reps do when they are busy, but rather he made me feel good about my decision to allow Geek Squad to work on my data files. Alexander ended up helping us, he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the process, pros and cons, and what I should expect when I pick up my portable hard drive. I was in and out of there at drop-off, and pick-up of my device in no time at all. Alexander truly knows what 5-star customer service looks like. He made me feel confident that choosing Best Buy, Geek Squad was the only choice.

Eni (Eniola) was very kind and helpful, I appreciate that I didn’t have to go looking for help. He came right up to us and asked how he could help us. He took the time to look up whatever he could on dash cams since I had a lot of questions. He helped me find everything I needed. I am very appreciative of wonderful people like Eni.

The agents (wish I grabbed their names) were very professional came right on time. Called ahead to confirm time for delivery. They were respectful and very informative. The agent informed me on all my connections in my home that were faulty so my appliances can work properly. As well as make sure I don't have issues with the old connections. (Moved into a fixer upper that needs extra love) He even clarified my 15 day period to make sure I test my appliances before its too late for the warranty. (Best info ever!) Customer service is lacking in every industry. Its a nice surprise to be treated with respect and appreciation as a customer.

The Geek Squad agent removed my old TV and did a wonderful job in setting up the new TV and sound system. Was very respectful of my home and placement of system components.

The In-store service was excellent. The "Geek" who came to our house was, well let me explain. Michael Ice came and fixed what he could and recommended we take the computer into the shop because it could be done quicker. He then said he would come out after it was fixed to do some more things for us. He gave us his phone number so we could contact him, however, he has not returned or responded to our calls (two of them). I am exceedingly disappointed in his lack of follow-through.

This past Tuesday I purchased a computer, monitor, external hard drive, and several other small items at the Greenville, NC store. A young lady (Kristine) offered advice, posed relevant questions, and consulted with her team members to make sure I left the store with exactly what I needed. She was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She provided a great shopping experience. Two days later my purchases are in place and working perfectly. I will certainly return as the need arises.
