    I came to the JC location today with phone issues. Being that I have an iPhone and unable to get to GSP... I had no choice to go to Best Buy, and I was anticipating difficulty with my phone issue. I was immediately greeted by Damaris from Geek Squad. She sat me down and thoroughly troubleshooted the issue. She made me feel comfortable and was a great tech. Not only did she do a great job, but the phone took so long to backup, she stayed after her shift to make sure everything worked perfectly. It was amazing to see this great service. I didn't tell her, but I am IT manager at my company, and she exceeded my standards. Damaris sets a real example.

    My review of the prompt attention to my questions and scheduling a representative to come out to my home and assist me with my installation of my surround sound was such a great feeling to have them be apart of my community and be there for their customers and show up more than willing to answer questions and was very patient with me as well.

    Brock from Geek Squad on two separate installation

    Brock removed our old tv, receiver, cd disc changer and uneccessary equipment and mounted our new tv, installed our new receiver, connected our turntable, and blue ray player along with our cox contour. He was absolutely amazing. He had previously installed our new Dell desktop and transferred all data and did a tutorial with us and was exceptional with what he did.

    I purchased the A15 samsung phone. Judah transferred my data to the new phone. He was very professional. While he worked with me, he addressed a couple of customers without anybody feeling neglected. Very great professional, knowledgeable young man. Thank you

    Justin Simpson /Geek Squad is excellent in everyway. Without a hard sale he let us know our 9 and 11 yr. old computers were needing upgrading badly. Then he walked us thru and “held our hands” for the transition. J is knowledgeable and personable. Happy he’s our Geek squad person—we trust & rely on him!

    I love the Technician that came to my home and helped me choose a new computer and set it up his name is Ahmad Jobe he was so professional and had wonderful patience with me getting me started on my new computer. He transferred everything from my old to the new and I'm so happy with it. He is so wonderful.

    I went to Best Buy a week ago to get the Quell pain relief, and one of your employees was a great help to me that I just wanted to thank him for all the help he did to make sure I was treated with the most respect. I just wanted to give a shoutout to Jake for going out of his way to help me, with my purchase. So again Thank you Jake, for everything you did for me while I was in the store. You are a Valuable asset to the store

    Cpu issues

    Today agent Kerrnon provided me with excellent customer service. I was having troubles with my laptops cpu and he helped me every step of the way. He diagnosed my computers issues and unfortunately my computer was not fixable, instead of stopping the service there he assisted me in finding a new laptop within my budget. Then he pointed me to another excellent associate that was able to help me order the right laptop. After I picked one out he also helped me transfer over files to my email so I did not lose anything important. At the end of the visit I felt satisfied and knew I was in the right hands.

    75” TV securely mounted on stacked stone

    They remounted our 75” TV on our stacked stone fireplace and set up our cable and dvd player. Before actually attaching the TV he hung from the mount with his feet off the floor to make sure it was securely in place and would support the heavier TV. They set the 65” TV up in our loft. We were very pleased with the professional service.

    Zachary, Jinks, Dileinny were absolutely amazing and helpful. I’m not one to write reviews, but I felt like I had to. This lady in the store was being absolutely so rude to them treating them like garbage for no reason when they were working so hard to make her happy these employees exemplified, great skills and dealing with problematic customers

    DeJuan is a Superior Geek Squad Technician

    DeJuan is a superior Geek Squad professional. Diagnosing my issue was complicated. Others thought it was the TV, but DeJuan narrowed it down to the Yamaha receiver being defective. Replaced the Yamaha with a Marantz and installed my existing Audioquest cables for a spectacular result. Hopefully the EDI fixes the Sony-Marantz issue.

    Had to ask Josh to come back and assist with the “handshaking” between our TV and AVR/Sound System. A recent wide area power outage seemed to have scrambled how they worked together. Josh’s knowledge and expertise unable him to pretty quickly determine the issue and resolve it. His patience with answering questions and demonstrating steps for me to follow when the power goes out again we’re exemplary. I highly recommend his services.
