You have the wrong customer for a TV installation . I used the Geek Squad I had a technician who reconnected my TV to a new Modem - I changed from ATT to Cox - I didn't want to destroy my TV by making the wrong wire connections & Destroy my TV- My Technician was terrific , knowledgeable and helped me a lot as I am 77yrs and reck my TV and new Modem

The agents looked over my space to see if installing an antenna would help my being able to get local channels after dropping AT&T U-Verse. Because of the location and how my internet service was set up, they were not able to install an antenna. They provided me info about alternatives regarding how to stream shows, movies, etc. to my tv. I had recently purchased a new Samsung smart television from Best Buy that had apps already downloaded.

I brought my laptop in to get looked at, the agent that helped me was Jonathan. He was very helpful, he knew what he was talking about, explained the repair process very well and in depth, kept it real with me on my options and prices, provided all the information and procedures to track my repair, and even thanked me for my military service. Overall great guy, great employee and great customer service. Also pleased to see that my laptop has already made it to the service center sooner than expected.

The Squad setup my home theater system and it rocks.

My desk printer was giving error messages and not working when it should. A technician made a house call, checked out the error messages (the printer had decided to work properly), and advised me what to do if the problem happened again - replace it. He reminded me that Best Buy can install what we buy from them.

The first two agents out here Mitch&Juling were amazing to work with!!! OUTSTANDING JOB!! Please Commend them!! The 2nd two out here(Brady&??) tweaked a few things on it and were awesome as well with information!! Please Thank them also!! Very Excellent Techs!!! Absolutely LOVE THE NEW TV!!!

Jacob Great Job on instation of my security cameras

The Sonos app is beyond frustrating. When you try to add equipment it fails and doesn’t error message or it says it fails when it in fact succeeds. The info found in the System settings has more information than the application but wastes a lot of time. Geek Squad was able to deduce that Sonos requires an ungodly amount of spectrum and speed yet runs on channels that have the most shared channels. Yet Geek Squad never abandoned me.

First time we've used the Squad. A Geek arrived at our home as scheduled and took care of each of our issues efficiently. Then he asked about other tech issues and either solved them or gave excellent advise on getting resolution at the Geek Squad desk. We couldn't be more pleased with the service.

The technicians were knowledgeable and had some useful recommendations with regard to future installation of a smart TV and new receiver/amplifier. Their major tasks were 1) to verify that HDMI cable could be run between the TV installation site and our electronics closet where our audio equipment is housed and 2) confirm 50 feet of HDMI cable would be sufficient. Unfortunately, though the team determined running the cable was possible, their initial look missed that the existing audio/video cables ran through wall studs and that this arrangement would prevent removal of the old cables and running of the HDMI cable. Because this was not discovered until the new TV and receiver/amp were being installed, no work-around plan had been developed to allow the new TV and audio equipment to be connected.

Dewayne was super knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to reset TV quickly.

I went in looking for an easy and affordable laptop being a freshman college student. Jan was the most hopeful and informational employee I’ve meant. I was nervous going in, but Jan explained in detail each computer, what is best for me, and what would best last me for my 4 years in college. I would love to come back and receive more help from him. I can go to this best buy and feel comfortable and confident in what I want to purchase with people like Jan to help me.

The geek squad very professional installation was very quick

I had an Appt at 12:00 but unfortunately they were under staffed and couldn’t see me . I was walking around and and Derek Helier me with Answers to all kinds of questions about Lap tops , Brands , Functionality etc... I want to give Derek a 10 In Knowledge , Customer Service , He was Amazing !!! I ended up purchasing a Pc Today due to Derek helping me to understand Lap Tops . Thank you Derek for all your Help !!! I recommend that Derek receive a Raise in the near Future . He knows his stuff!!! Thank you again Derek !!!!

I gotta give a shout to Edwena!... She held me down! Order wasn't ready so she advised me to go do what I had to do and come back. She then said I'll remember your face when u come back... and she did just that! I was in line and walked my product right up to me. Excellent customer service! I told her if the rating was 1-10 she deserves nothing less than 11!
