Geek squad was courteous, knowledgable and very helpful as "teacher" to help me understand my new computer and identify potential problems to avoid. Very comforting to have this serrvice available and at reasonable cost.

Austin inspected my All-In-One HP printer. He explained that it was beyond repair and suggested some updated printers that offer the options that my older model used. He gave me options that were price conscience and delivered quality prints.

a couple of days ago i went in to get my airpods fixed and the entire team i met was fantastic. Drake Delcambre was extremely helpful and explained everything to me very easily. It only took 2 days to get a new right side and pick up was easy even without a reservation. 2 other guys also helped me out but i dont remember their names but this man with a beard was training the other one. everyone was very kind and helpful.

The Geek Squad wall mounted my newly purchased TV at my mother's house. My mom called the 2 installers angels which is the highest praise she can give them. After I inspected the job they did I grade their job an A+. Thank you best buy Geek Squad

San is the best. At White Marsh,Md I had him suggest and recommended really good options for gaming pc,microphone and monitor. He explained which would be good for streaming and how the price can be high but that doesn’t mean you could be getting worse quality.I walked away with a good microphone and monitor from his Advice!

I visited the Best Buy on the East side of Madison, WI, store number 59. Shane checked me out, and was extremely patient with me. I work In customer service as a hairstylist. So it’s really important to get the same customer service as I give my clients, Shane double checked to make sure I got everything I needed. Not to mention, he had to already returned one of the items I had just bought. He was extremely nice, and patient. Please do something nice for him, you guys have a good employee.

Sandy is who answered the phone from the Best Buy in Annapolis she listened to everything I say and started to help me this is one of the reasons why I pass 3 best buy to get to the one in Annapolis they have always went beyond the Call of Duty, Sandy took about 45 minutes but at the end of the conversation I was completely satisfied with the help of one of her employees name Mary I will recommend this best by over any Best Buy in this area

I purchased a computer from Best Buy Chicago 555 Roosevelt Road and the store was magnificently organized and stocked. I purchased a state of the art computer for a super price. Customer service with Navid and ZZ top was super. They are professional and knowledgeable. Even their online customer service is excellent. I will go to them for all of my electronics. Thank you.

The geek squad diligently installed my Bluetooth receiver to accommodate my Oticon hearing aids. This was the first installation of this kind they experienced. It took them a while but they found the solution after a lot of trial and error. They wouldn't give up. GREAT TEAM

I should have listened more carefully to the instructions that the Geek Squad were giving me. If I had, I might not have needed the second visit.

The Geek Squad folks installed the new sound bar very quickly and then spent as much time as needed to ensure that we knew how to operate the system. They even called us a couple weeks later to ask if we had any questions after using the system for a while.

The crew was fantastic. They removed a rather complicated system with cables everywhere, before installing a Savant System. Also went above and beyond trying to revive a dated Subwoofer. All new cables are tie wrapped and labeled.

Steven was amazingly helpful. He assessed our situation to set us up much better for the long run. Quickly and capably diagnosed the technical issues and was creative in suggesting a solution that made substantial improvements to our set up. Thank you!
