GEEK SQUAD representatives have always been the same. Punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. They are quite an asset to BEST BUY. Thank you for the option to use or not use their services.

Agent went beyond normal requirements to satisfy our desire to have internet throughout home without any additional equipment. He was knowledgeable, courteous, businesslike and listened to input from us regarding what we wanted to accomplish.

The agents relocated the wiring behind the wall and connected all my components. I have several prewired speakers with separate volume controls. This portion of the work has not been completed yet.

I had such a great experience at bestbuy on Hawthorne and PCH. I needed a laptop that was at a low price but still meeting all my designing needs. Thank god SAAD was working that day because I don’t think I could have found one without him. Thank you Saad for my HP Pavilion gaming laptop, I’m very happy with my purchase and as soon as I can I’m coming back for that really expensive Mac laptop!!

The team was great. They were able to trouble shoot my home theater system and made it work. They set up to volume levels of the speakers and now I feel like I’m in a movie theater. Very pleased and impressed.

Oscar Paguada was the Geek Squad service tech assigned to hook up my home theater system and he is nothing short of fantastic in his knowledge and attitude! He knew exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it and showed me how to trouble-shoot the system. Because of Oscar, I'm going to renew my Totaltech agreement and enjoy the peace of mind it brings!

Bobby explained the printer machine very good but I’m still having problems in that I can’t print out certain documents and reports. This is what I purchased the machine for. It appears to copy ok although slowly.

I am 78 yrs old. I was hacked. Justin took care of me. I was so impressed with this young man. He showed great respect, listened to me, was not in a hurry. You should be so proud of Justin. I work at Wegmans and would Justin as a diamond to our team.

Went in for a printer including ink and came across a nice gentleman by the name of Patrick at the Vallejo, CA location. He was very polite and informative. He recommended other quality products for my printer like, paper, long lasting ink, etc. Will work with him again when it comes to any of my electronic needs. The agent, Logan, came to my home to fix a problem with my printer. I was very impressed with his expertise and knowledge. In June this year my subscription will be coming up again. I want to step it up to "Total" I need to communicate with Best Buy via Email with you, Uwe

Not really, we bought 2 Sony tvs recently. Geek Squad did a complete job without issues. For our cabin, the 2nd Sony guy was not Geek Squad. Main residence, all functions work on our cable remote, cabin, I have to use 3 remotes, he didn’t offer proper instructions on use, until I storing from leaving. Still, he was in such a rush, I just let him leave. I assume he was an independent contractor, with a one trip to my cabin, probably paid for his own gas etc.
