With the advance electronics today you may need the advice of a good technician. The cost can save you money in the long run. The Geek Squad at Best Buy can recommend the right equipment and finish a professional installation.

Agents called in advance when they were on their way. They inspected inside house and ourside house. Provided their suggestionsm but left the final decision to myself and how I wanted it to be setup. They very helpful, courteous and very efficient. Highy recommend Andrew and Tyler. They were the best.

I love this place, especially Joe. I came backed frazzled as my scandisk/micro chip somehow vanished from the point of the store and my car. I drove back immediately & Joe saved they day by hooking me up with another one. He must of seen me out in the parking lot crawling around and almost in tears. Thanks so much Joe - you made this girls day!!!!

Blake was my Advisor at the Best Buy store on Wendover in Greensboro NC... He was a on time guy & very helpful in both my purchases, which was a iPad for my granddaughter & a laptop for myself... This woman helped me after going through a different Best Buy’s and getting turned down for what I needed to be done. She not only was kind and professional she helped me within a timely manner and got me exactly what I needed I honestly can’t thank her enough for what she did today I’m not sure where to put her review so I put it here make sure to award her!

The agents put both of my TV's up really quickly and they were very helpful and nice . I would recommend them again if I have any other items put in. The agent who put in my microwave was very nice and friendly as swell.

The agents evaluate our current system and made recommendations to make our system clearer for a more symphonic sound. They will return to do the installation on Monday, April 1st.

This is the second time Dylan has been at our home. First, he installed the TV. Great Job! On my second call Dylan came back with an Associate I forgot his name. They explained Streaming Apps and other features of the LG TV

Service I received from Geek Squad was great. They not only were courteous and on time but they were very helpful in helping me pick out the right TV for my home. The old tv was removed and the new TV was installed quickly and they also showed me how to use everything that was installed on the unit.

We ALWAYS have great service with Geek Squad and we are so pleased to have such knowledgable technicians come out to help us with any problems. Cody is exceptional in everything he does for us!

My TV needed a motherboard replacement AGAIN. After initial diagnosis, they sent out Luis to do the repair. After a bad first experience with geek squad techs that messed up the back panel of my TV, Luis was great. He was careful with how he handled the TV and was very informative. It's been a day so far since the replacement so only time will tell if it fixed my issue but service was satisfactory.

Quinton Campbell came to my home and got my computer and wires hooked up for me.I had him here about 2 years ago working on computers and he was so nice til I asked for him back again this time.He does such a good job and is so pleasant.Thank you

We are of the older generation and not tech savvy enough to manage our Sonos sound system. Chance and Miguel worked efficiently until the problem was solved. They were professional and customer friendly and their service was definitely satisfactory.

They weren't able to do what we needed, but they were honest about it. We didn't know it was just a "site survey" they were coming for. They gave recommendations, though.
