All replacement was great. The Tec new his job and did it perfectly. Better then before when done could not be happier. Wish I could remember Tex’s name he was great.

John mounted the tv and soundbar. He is always professional. He connected everything to our devices. As long as he is working in Geek Squad he will be doing all our work.

This was not a sire survey for home theatre. I called for someone to look at my internet Wi-Fi set up. I received a call by the employee during the day and I was informed they don't do that. Somehow, I was placed with a home theatre team. They never came to my house we only spoke on the phone. Once they told me they only look at home theatre it made no point. Whoever I spoke to on the phone to schedule didn't know what they were talking about.

My new home came with in-wall cable management, but I had trouble guiding the HDMI through, so I contacted Bestbuy for service. The Geeksquad team was able to perform my inside wall wiring quickly and efficiently. I didn't have a long enough HDMI, but they had one in their van which I did end up purchasing. They re-mounted the TV and made sure the BlueRay + Soundbar HDMI was functioning properly. Great job!

The team that came out were not just geek squad but they were pros. Really knowledgeable and very efficient in there work.

Geek Squad Agent Eddie Malfabon, assisted by his Agent Jared, did an excellent job of assessing the situation when we thought a receiver had been blown by a power surge associated with a lightning storm. He correctly assessed that the receiver was fine and we wouldn't need to purchase an expensive replacement, only new surge suppressor. Further, Eddie, assisted by Jared, made sure that we got the correct surge suppressors and that they were expertly installed. We feel like they far exceeded any expectations we had in regards to the assessment and subsequent installation.

Installed all new Cafe appliances with bronze handles. Love my new appliances! They were installed fast and efficiently. Also, very careful as to not damage anything is the house or appliances.

We requested a site review hoping that Best Buy’s Geek Squad could review and recommend security cameras to be installed on the exterior of our home. Two very professional and knowledgeable Geek Squad employees arrived at the scheduled time, walked around our home, taking several pics and checking internet availability. Camera placements and model/type of cameras were discussed with us. A list of the recommendations was given to us for our review. We have since ordered the cameras and Best Buy will be installing the cameras with an appointment we have on August 5th.

Sean and Justin performed the initial review of our installation process and the actual installation. They were both excellent! They were knowledgeable and efficient, offered helpful ideas, and were very patient and kind. Many times techs are impatient with questions from "Seniors", these gentlemen were helpful and gave us useful, usable information. A+ Service!

This review is for the site survey.. Tyler explained the options for mounting the TV and setting up the receiver and he went much further providing great recommendations for the receiver and speakers. Tyler was very honest about his recommendations, I felt like he had my best interest in mind.

The geek squad connected my tv to a complex universal resort

Had service tech Chris here today to fix our Google Nest Doorbell camera. He did a great job and we are very pleased. Chris is the most knowledgeable service tech I have yet had. I hope I always get Chris in the future.
