    Sony Bravia Sound Problem

    I asked Geek Squad to troubleshoot the sound function on my Sony Bravia. They did that quickly and wrote me the instructions so I could do it myself should the problem re-ocur.

    I came in today and I got helped by Mark. I’d have to say by far one of the best customer service I’ve experience at any Best Buy before. He is very nice and helpful and recommended the best appliances and sound bar systems. I will be for sure coming back to this location again.

    Microsoft and Geek Squad differ! Geek Squad transferred data from my PC to the new Mac Mini, which had Microsoft Outlook installed as suggested by the Geek Squad. However, the contact data did not transfer to Outlook. Geek Squad said it was not their problem, but Microsoft's problem. Guess what Microsoft said? A mis transfer!

    I love interacting with people that know their stuff, and Michael knows his stuff, I stg. Go to the Best Buy in Appleton and find Michael if you’re looking for computers. That trip will do be worth it.

    Had to pay $40.00 to use my new computer.

    The staff was excellent in helping me find a computer. There was not a computer in stock, so it had to be mailed to my house. However, when I received it, there was an S mode on it that the Geek Squad could not override. I was instructed to take it back to the store. At the store I was informed that for them to open my computer to disable the S mode I was going to be charged $40.00. That's ridiculous to have to pay to use my computer. This should have been explained and shared with me when I bought it. Unfortunately, I have a bad taste in my mouth about buying from here again.

    The agent did an excellent job of setting up our home theater speakers. He balanced out the sound and demonstrated how to reset or adjust the sound.

    Paolo (west Boca location) helped me set up my new iPhone and he was fantastic! I find it incredibly boring to hang there and have my phone set up (I normally order online). But he was so friendly and we couldn’t stop talking. What a wonderful experience.

    Geek Squad came to help fix my printer and he told me what the problem was. Geek Squad are great people for the backup that needs to be fixed or asap. I recommend geek squad.

    Best Buy in Levittown is so helpful and really nice. Associate Patrick and Raj def stand out as their service is excellent. Patrick is very helpful and nice. I would def recommend this location.

    The agent fixed our printer issue. He connected it to the laptop we just bought from Best Buy, and now we can fax and print with no hassle at all.

    Nathan was very helpful and did not pressure me to make a purchase the day I was looking for a new tablet. He explained to me the pros and cons of each system and never made me feel "stupid" when I was asking a million questions. Get job and great team member.
