The agent came out and confirmed the remote did not work as it should with the new TV. He did not bring a replacement, I was told I needed to go to the local store and pick one up. I would think knowing coming into it that it was a reported issue with the remote they would have brought one in. He said he was going to bring a whole new TV out later in the week, this never happened, called and they had no idea what I was talking about and I was told to bring the whole TV and remote in to have them swapped out. I thought the whole point of being in their rewards program or whatever it is for $200 a year was that they would be taking care of these things. I was told that is true if the TV was over a certain size threshold, mine was 32" so they said I had to bring it in. Doesn't make any sense to me but that's how they do it.

I am trying to reach the technician as a follow-up to the home visit. I would like to place an order.

Dave and his helper were amazing! They fit a moni fridge, 55”tv, and sound bar into my dodfe nitro. They completed quite the jigsaw puzzle and were so patient while trying to figure it out! Great job you two!
