iPhone battery issues

Easy and efficient. Charles repaired the phone and it looks better than when I first received it. Thanks for your help!

Horrible Experience
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am quite honestly floored at the ongoings I have had today with Best Buy and Geek Squad. My request, a simple one, was the price to have someone come put my TV into a box, so that I can transport it myself, safely to my new house. 2.5 hours later, I have talked to 5 chat agents, called the same 4 numbers repeatedly, been hung up on after holding 2 times. I've gone in circles at least 3 times. I must call the store directly; the store indicates I must call Geek Squad. Geek Squad indicates I must call Home Theatre, Home Theatre rep one takes all the details, puts me on hold a few times to contact THE STORE to ask the very question I asked, is about to tell me the price, then gets disconnected. I call back and dial pad all over again, next rep tries to pick up where the first leaves off, has me on hold for 23 minutes, hangs up again. Both times, my call-back number was requested of me. Ironically enough, neither party used it when becoming disconnected from me. So, then I tried the chat again. Who sent me to a different chat. And then called all 3 departments again, as referred by each one to speak with the next. One person says, "we don't do that" in the very same department that was about to issue me a price but got cut off right after that syllable. I have seen Best Buy with my own eyes packaging a TV into a large TV box for a customer within their home. Overall, I was trying to help us all by having the TV rendered safe so that Best Buy doesn't have to replace a broken one with our full coverage warranty. I was even willing to pay the price for a full uninstall and reinstall, even though I don't even need that of them. I am not here to bash and I seldom leave reviews, but I have truthfully never had a more difficult or upsetting experience with any customer service system. Not to mention that 3 hours of my day, during an already stressful time, have been utterly wasted. I am very unfortunately flabbergasted, and do not think I will shop with or recommend this business ever again, for big or small needs.
