Kosta was awesome in helping with our outside speaker set up and wifi issues. After analyzing location for speakers, i decide the speakers were too big for location. Kosta was patient and helpful. We moved on to some wifi issues and he identified a couple of issues. He recommended a wifi special agent to come out. We were so happy he worked through all of our issues and helped us solve wifi issues. Thank you Kosta

I had asked for a kitchen consultation about which color of appliances to buy to coordinate with those appliances that are not yet being replaced. A very nice agent kept the appointment and took measurements. He did explain he is an electronic technician and not a designer. He gave me his opinion. A few days later I received a call from Best Buy about scheduling an appointment with a consultant but I declined.

The guys came to my home and fixed the problem very fast

we had a problem with our internet router and modem in our home 1,000 miles away and could not just travel there to fix it ourselves so remembering our Geek Squad contract we called them and they came to our rescue. We had a neighbor let them in the house and the service guy took care of the problem quick and easy. That service was worth it's weight in gold. The Geek Squad is always there and I just love the way they solve my problems. be it a computer problem or tv problem or internet, the Geek Squad is fantastic!

Expert and clear advice on sizes and features of various brands and prices given to me by several BB staff. The TV I chose and purchased is now Geek-installed and is working perfectly.

They assembled my new TV stand, set up my TV, programmed my Logitech remote, and made sure everything was in harmony! Rick answered all my questions regarding my new equipment and was a wealth of information. I have a disability and Rick tweet my equipment to help with my disability. This whole outstanding team is out of the Crystal Lake store with Jerry Tabor the General Manager. I love my GeekSquad team! I couldn't be happier!

Did a great job on installation of the TV components and explaining how to use remote.

The fellow that came was good as far as doing a site survey. He told us what we needed and took into account our concerns and needs.

Install techs Devon Provenzano and Salvador Caruso were professional, knowledgeable, and worked very hard to make sure our outdoor speaker system and indoor equipment were installed and functioning correctly. Hopefully you are lucky enough to get these guys for your installation.
