    I ordered a car stereo, a $300 Sony at the Best Buy store on Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando. The store said that because it was over $100 I would get free installation from the Best Buy in Kissimmee. However after buying the stereo plus installation parts the Kissimee store told me that the Best Buy in Orlando "does this all the time" and "they say that ut we dint install anything for free". so I asked for a manager and when I told him what happened he laughed at me and rolled his eyes and said "that store all the time and it isn't true that we install for them. so I called the other store and they said the opposite. so I returned the stereo and the installation parts and purchased the same stereo online along with installation parts for about $80 less and installed the stereo with my brother instead.

    They could not figure out how to unmount the tv and I was so disappointed, and still looking for someone. They however did not charge me.

    Phone support is the worst, didn't listen to my needs, then after my call sent the wrong people without the ladder needed. When crew arrived sold me the annual tech contract and said that it would cover my needed work free, then set an appointment, that was not even logged in. When data arrived I waited and then called and was told that there was no appointment made, and that the cost would be the full install price less 20%. You have serious management problems, I will never ever give you the time of day and tell others my story. Pathetic.

    Installation was canceled and refunded by Best Buy. Apparently was not an install but only a delivery. Confusing to say the least. This was for an AVR .

    I purchased a T-Mobile Sprint iPhone 12 Pro Max it was ship to store I went to pick it up AN the man was no help he just kept telling me they do not work with Sprint T-Mobile but I asked him if he could help me set up a Verizon phone around 2 PM and he said no! I placed two different orders for the same phone . I waited a whole week for the Sprint T-Mobile phone just to be told that they don’t do Sprint T-Mobile and still nothing all I’m asking for is communication. I placed an order for pick up today for the iPhone 12 Pro Max the 2nd man was not helpful at all ! He said we don’t Any of those phones nut your website says there are some! I keep wasting my money and I hope I’m getting a refund for my first order it does not make sense how no one knows what’s going on . And no one can communicate!

    TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. I will NEVER shop with Best Buy again. We placed and paid for parts for an install of a stereo system on January 10th 2021 in store ( 202- Plano TX) fast forward it’s January 24th and still no parts!!! I call the store and they say the part was delivered to my house on January 4th!!! Which it never was.. mind you there was ZERO follow up by the store at all but the happily took my money back on the 10th!!! I called Corporate on the 24th and I am told I’m absolutely correct the part is STILL showing in transit on there end also!!!! She re-ordered the part when it comes in I’m taking it ALL back for a full refund and will give my business to another Stereo Installation business. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY IS MY HONEST OPINION AND REVIEW FOLKS!!!!!

    I recently moved to a new state for school and my laptop spontaneously broke. I placed an order for a laptop for two days in advance for shipping 3 days later, which was last minute delayed, so I cancelled it and decided to buy a different one instead for same day pickup. The laptop was advertised to be available for pickup within 1 hour, but they also last minute delayed the order, saying it was unavailable. At this point, I was frustrated because this was time sensitive. I called customer service regarding if I could reapply a discount I used on my previous order, only to have the technical support person leave me waiting for 40 minutes with 0 valuable or helpful information. Absolutely a waste of time and completely not useful.

    Last two times I've been to best buy. I st came to buy recorder not one person could help me. Needed information on the best one to get. NO HELP 2nd yesterday was at the same store. We were greeted at door asked what we were looking for. I told by Stan Kos you only had two kinds and sent to them. I asked Jay for help he checked on radio no one knew anything about them. I found 6 different kinds, not knowing anything about them just got the most expensive ones. Hoping I did okay. Upon paying asked my wife to let Stan know that we found 6 different kinds. He was very Rude to my wife. I asked for a manager talked to him sharing we won't be returning to this place again. I saddest thing for best buy is I'm getting ready to replace all my electronics, give daughter old ones

    Sales person came to our home & stated that the MAGNOLIA TV & Surround Sound set up would work in our room. We made that latge purchase + THE MEMBERSHIP So we would not be charged FOR any GEEK IN-HOME SERVICES. He was not correct. We returned EVERYTHING & Best Buy will not give us a TOTAL REFUND. WE will not give Best BUY a GOOD recommendation until they honor what their Sales Person led us to believe. Thank you.

    The agents installed my tv mount and TV, hooked it up to my receiver, and other accessories along with a remote sensor last summer 2022, Here it is Dec 2023 still having problems with it unable go to the store to get resolved because the 2 are not connected. The geek squad (an entity all by itself) forces you have to wait until you’re scheduled in. You have NO control, other then to pay the bill. OVER a YEAR••••this is UNPROFESSIONAL!

    All seemed well when the site survey was done, but it was a huge waste of time. The geek squad gentleman never followed up. It was over a month ago. I called 4 times, received not one recommendation. Supposedly, he’s coming back with specific items I should get, he clearly couldn’t care less if I buy or not. They came, spent an hour, said we’ll be back with specifics in a few days and not only did nothing, but my calling gets me nowhere.

    Unhappy long term BB customer. Total disaster. Guys did not know how to install tv mounted on my fireplace although there was a site visit. Damaged my new stone fireplace. Nobody fixing the problem. Tv all the way to ceiling with plug outlets showing and wires. Nobody solving my problem. Weeks and multiple calls and store visits. What is happening at BB? I’ve purchased computers, appliances and tVS over the years. You may lose a customer for good. Things happen! Just respond and make it right

    Geek squad delivered my washer and dryer

    Absolutely horrible service. I bought a washer and dryer which the delivery team screwed up. I was given a hassle exchanging them but finally was able too. When they delivered the new set, the delivery team was extremely rude to my wife and just left them in the boxes in the living room stating they weren’t even taking them out of the box because they weren’t getting in trouble like the previous team. After calling Best Buy, we were pretty much told “oh well, deal with it” even though our paperwork stated they were to be taken out of the box, put in the room of our choice. As of right now, I will never shop at Best Buy again. To spend $3000+ and be treated like like that is a disgrace.

    Missing part, delayed install.

    We had a washer and dryer delivered on Saturday, but the stacking kit was missing. Delivery guy said it was on the order but wasn't loaded on the truck. He could not stack them or finish install of our appliances. He did temporarily set them up so we can use them. He said he would get the part and come back on Monday. He called Monday and left a message, saying they are having difficulty finding the kit, and would keep looking. He has not called back since. We are on day 5 without them stacked and install completed. After 20 minutes on hold, calling the local store, I hung up and called 888-bestbuy, to also be put on hold twice (5 min each time), only to finally be told someone from local store would call me back. Still waiting for that call.

    Lack of service for the membership I paid for

    I have made numerous attempts for several weeks through email and phone, but there is no response or the phone call drops. Recently I had made an appointment with Geek Squad and the employee that arrived at my house was unequipped to assist me with the help that I needed. I had already filed a complaint on the consultation survey, and to this date I have not heard a response to my feedback. Despite having the Geek Squad membership, I have only received insufficient service.

    Sell me a problem. Delivery had to be rescheduled. Parts ordered. Some of the parts advise/ sold were wrong. Customer Service was UNBELIEVABLY bad.

    Terrible communication within Geek squad!

    I had a problem with them from day one. The first service person called me on the day of and said that he couldn't repair my TV he could only get the Model and Serial number so another service person can come out and diagnosis the problem. When the second repairman came out he didn't fix it but said it should be replaced instead due to cost of fixing it. That took three weeks to get the TV shipped and mounted on the wall due to their problem with scheduling their installers.

    Bad geek sway agent Andrew

    Andrew came out to install my printer. After he finished under my contract my roommate asked him to look at his printer. I said no but Andrew proceeded to look at his printer. I didn’t give my permission plus it was under my contract. Andrew needs to be punished for not listening to a geek squad member. Andrew owes me money for using my contract. Was told that Andrew was only allowed to work on my printer since it was on my contract and my account. Andrew needs to be fired for miss conduct

    Geek Squad never fixed my tv! I talked with 3 different people; had two sets of different Geek squad folks at house; and was told to bump up to Magnolia level for assistance. Very disappointing!!
