    They failed to get my TV to me!

    They failed to deliver a TV to me despite several attempts and when they eventually did it was broken and had to be returned. I gave up and bought one somewhere else!!

    told me to come in and they'd repair my laptop. drove 40 miles and then told me it was $85.00 no refund. I do have a service contract with them, but no value.

    Worst best buy on earth

    The 200 Colma Blvd. Daly city California is the worst Best Buy on earth. They're understaffed. Waited 30 minutes before I could talk to someone. And once I got someone, they're not even friendly. If Best Buy cannot afford to pay more staff, just close up!

    Very disappointed with Dylan V. on chat. He obviously didn't know what he was doing, and he promised to email our chat to me, and he didn't. He does a real disservice to Best Buy.

    Agents came in and out in 10 minutes. Said what they think i needed and that they would reschedule. So far nothing yet. So far, Not happy at all with this added service...

    There were several fixes needed for my computer, printer and sound bar. The agent was not able to fix any of them. Very disappointed

    This was for a TV repair. No diagnosis done, told to buy a new TV. Replacement led strip was $40 and a simple install vs a new TV.

    The guys were suppose to bring one of the 2 TVs with them to mount. So we stayed at home all day and when they show up there is no TV.

    If I could give less than 1 on the rating I would. This is for the Best Buy on Saginaw in Lansing. Very poor customer service. The Manager was horribly rude and terrible at customer service.
