Squad members rightfully advised me to consider two Chime Pros with my new Ring Video Doorbell 3 Plus instead of hard wiring a chime or connecting it to my 35 year old Nutone intercom system. This would be expensive due to it not having proper transformer and other complicated installation issues which most electricians would not want to attempt, especially on an intercom system of that age. I am pleased with the system they advised me to use and with their knowledge and professionalism.

Best Buy sent out a Geek Squad person to do a "survey" bec/I told BB the GS person would have to go up a ladder to adjust my ceiling speakers that Geek Squad person would connect to my AVR. When Geek Squad person arrived, he determined he did NOT have to climb any ladders and then he proceeded to connect all wires to AVR and did a GREAT job. I highly recommend Geek Squad. I used them before and they did a great job then also.

I purchased the Eero WiFi system at the Melbourne, Fl Best Buy store and contracted the Geek Squad to install it. I am so happy with their quality of work as well as their professionalism while in my home. To anyone thinking about the possibility of using the Geek Squad, think about it NO MORE. They have knowledge of not only your equipment, but of the Internet and WiFi function and operations as well. They'll put your issues to bed and you won't be sorry you hired them.

Had no idea that GeekSquad could run new coax cords but we called and they delivered! The two gentlemen that came to the house were very efficient and friendly! They ran the new cord in less than an hour, moved our modem, and our internet is so much faster where it matters now! We couldn’t be happier and the price was much less than we expected!

The technician was very knowledgeable. We have been having a problem with the aspect ratio on our tv since we purchased it 18 months ago. The installing tech did not catch it. A simple fix and we can now see the whole picture covering the whole screen all of the time. All he did was change the cord to the satellite box. Who knew!

Jamell and Skyler came to troubleshoot our Sonos subwoofer. They were FANTASTIC! Explaining our system and making suggestions to enhance our entire network system which is a hot mess! We requested they come back out and take care and clean up everything!

I had installation in Vt and Mass on the same Ring products and the service was beyond exceptional and frankly I have purchased a lot of items and the accompanying tech people are people rare to find these days for their competence, courteous nature and followup after the sale! Big 5 Stars ALWAYS!!!!!

The agents, Sean, and Kay were excellent. They professionally installed the system helped answer all of our questions and assisted to coordinate the remotes. I highly recommend Best Buy, but I would ask for Kay and Sean! My wife felt we had friends helping us. Best Buy management, you excelled placing these two on your team!!
