Blake was very helpful and knowledgeable. He informed us about the next process of our installation.

Jose showed up earlier than anticipated which was great, and he gave me a great site assessment, laying out my options for upgrading our audio/visual system in our living room. He was knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. He was also very personable which I greatly value in this day and age.

The two Geek Squad members provided several options and we quickly settled on one. They were able to complete the wall mounting of our 65 inch Samsung Q8 and Samsung Sound Bar during the site visit instead of scheduling another visit. While I can't say it went without a glitch, they were quick to make the adjustment and finish the install successfully. I would recommend that they add screws and anchors to the list of items in their truck just in case the products don't provide those items.

The survey was completed in a timely manner and helped me prepare for a successful install.

My tech, Zach, is wonderful. He's so polite and never makes me feel like I'm "stupid" which I told him I am "tech stupid" he just laughs and fixes things. Unfortunately what he fixed didn't last long. Now I can't print at all and would really like him to come back and see what's going on. He's a real asset to Geek Squad. Purpose of this site survey was to get advice on where and how to mount a video doorbell camera. The geek squad person was chipper, spent a considerable amount of time answering my questions (took them seriously) and had good suggestions to keep in mind before I actually installed it myself.

The two gentlemen that came to our house to "survey" it before installation of our Eufy Security System were fantastic. I was somewhat unhappy with some "drawbacks" of the Eufy products. They suggested we could easily return the system and replace it with a security system that better met my specifications.

The Geek Squad installers did an outstanding job installing and setting up my Sonos sound system. Also they went out their way helping me with my in-home network issues. They were professional, timely and best of all knowledgeable.
