An onsite review was conducted to determine the items necessary for the Ring Home Alarm and Ring Video door bell. Agent Rocky Crawford was very knowledgeable when discussing the Ring Products.

We had a really tight fit for the refrigerator we wanted. The geek squad came out prior to ordering it to make sure it would work. They were very personable and efficient in both the pre-check and the install. It’s only been about a week and we love our new refrigerator.

Andrew did a fantastic job determining all the equipment we would need to make our home entertaining systems work. We were so impressed by his knowledge and skill in combining existing built in equipment with new technology/equipment to make everything work together. We can't say enough about how well he worked with Troy, who installed said equipment and technology. We strongly recommend that you schedule an in home site survey if you want the job to be done right.

A Plus. As usual they know their stuff, arrived on time, made say before call to make schedule work. My problem was solved after many years and now improves audio with a simple tip.

Amanda and her team were prompt and executed the process clearly explained prior to their visit to survey and consult on what work would be recommended. Excellent communication and timeliness on their part. I keep their phone number in my contact list as they are easily accessible like that. They return calls and provide direct answers to questions asked. They are a breeze to work with and provide genuine customer care.

I highly recommend the Geed Squad service when you purchase a TV from Best Buy. The employees are extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The guys gave us lots of very useful information regarding our new Samsung Television & thoroughly explained various options of sound bars, etc. They provided this great assistance which allows us to make the best decision for future purchases that meet our primary needs.
