The agents connected my fire stick and saw that it worked properly.

Agents were very good and nice. He answered all my questons.

The agent discovered we had 3 modems all competing with each other making a total mess of our WI-FI connection. We have a long house with stone walls everywhere, and he suggested installing EERO to bring our WI-FI connection throughout. This has solved a years old problem that we thought could never be solved! WONDERFUL!

The agents diagnosed and tweaked several issues we weren’t happy with with our Ring Doorbell and Ring security camera. We so appreciate having the services of the Geek Squad. They are always polite and personable and never seem rushed, but more importantly they always solve the problem and will ask “anything else?” before they leave.

Nice service that costs nothing but really helps you to see what will work best for your home setup. I decided not to use Geek Squad based on the home survey but so happy I went this route. Without the survey, I would’ve paid Geek Squad to come out and try to perform a service that they couldn’t.

The agents came out and schooled me on what I needed to know about mounting my cameras and getting a good wifi signal. They were very knowledgeable on what I needed and ensured that I understood before they left. You gotta love that Geek Squad!

Purchased a new house and filled it with electronics and appliances purchased from Best Buy. Geek squad members, from delivery/installers to phone representatives have been super helpful.

The geek squad was great but being unable to increase m credit line after having a perfect payment history makes no sense. Unable to purchase more from you but other stores offered me more credit

The agent installed 2 wired exterior Ring Cameras for me & he did a great job, but NOTE these technicians will not drill any holes if you need to run the cord through a wall, so thank God my carpenter was at my home to complete the install. The technician did help me get both up and running on my app, which o was appreciative for that part…

The Geek squad arrived when expected, checked the site, and installed the TV and soundbar better than expected!

the agents were very tuned to my wife's questions and showed her the solutions. the installation had to be perfect, and they measured more than twice until they were satisfied that everything was going to be perfect.
