The technicians came out and walked the property with me to see what would be involved and to develop and installation plan. They were professional, kind, courteous, informative, and by the time they left I knew we were in a better position for what would be needed when the installation team came to do the actual install. This tech was quick and direct. It does not fix the fact that the installation that was half completed, could not be finished. So, I have 2 holes in the wall I have to fix.

Pretty good install.. hooked up direct tv also .. but I had a few questions on how to adjust picture quality etc…. But they were gone

Geek Squad and Total Protection has been great! I bought two new TV’s in December, 65 and 43 inch. Both were delivered to my home and set up with new sound bars. I wasn’t pleased with the sound bars and a second trip needed to make adjustments. Geek Squad has been very valuable to me and I plan to use again in the future.

The agents mounted my sound bar, fixed the overall mounting to make it more appropriate in the location. They completed cord control that was left open at the last visit due to our not having sufficient cables, and did an excellent and professional job! Their attitude was enthusiastic and professional.

I personally ran installation crews for over 50 years. The three Geek Squad installers were extremely well prepared with equipment, tools and knowledge. I would use them again, in fact, If I were hiring I would hire any of the three. Good job guys.
