The agent went through the house with me to look at the spaces that I wanted TVs installed and made recommendations for equipment that I needed for what I wanted. He wrote everything down with specifics which I took to Best Buy and ordered the equipment to be installed. It was very helpful to know exactly what I would needed before I ordered it all.

Brendan and Justin did a super job of repositioning the wall- mount of my TV and sound bar, wrangling all the unruly black cords into a tidy tube along the wall, and all while being polite, good natured, considerate of their surroundings, and patient with my questions and recommending solutions.

Magnolia techs substituted for Geek Squad on this project. The team assessed, planned and installed three TVs, including one surround system. Also included were installation of a Ring doorbell and an Amazon FireStick. The guys were personable, professional and complete in their service. I couldn't be more pleased

This was an onsite appraisal of what we need to have all of our smart devices connected to a smart hub. Tech suggested that we come into Best Buy with a Geek Squad pro to determine there what we need, price it, buy it, then schedule the installation.

Greek squad site survey went great. The technician came out and survey the family room to get an home entertainment system install in my house. The technician was professional, helpful, and explained every detail on how, where, and who will be installing ceiling speakers, mounting the large TV, and connecting the receiver. We have experienced nothing but problems with the internet provider we were using, and nobody else serviced our area. After many frustrating years, we decided to go with satellite. It worked better than the old wireless, but still couldn’t cover our guest house just a few feet away. I called Geek Squad for help, and they solved our issues with eero. This has worked great! And our technician was awesome.

The Geek Squad showed up on time (as promised). They practiced appropriate social distancing, and they wore masks and the proper shoe coverings. They quickly diagnosed my situation and made insightful recommendations, which were documented and sent in a follow-up email. I submitted follow-up questions, and I'm confident that I will receive a timely and thorough response.

The rep was helpful. Seemed to think my plans for the lift mount was viable . I was able to attach the mount to my piece of furniture successfully.

Had home visit by Geek Squad - was able to fix computer problem - great results

My son needed his laptop scrubbed before returning to college. The Geek Squad listened to our requests, notified us when his laptop was ready for pick up and had a detailed summary of what was found (viruses), updated and installed (virus protection software). We've had all of our home computers & laptops serviced with the Geek Squad and have had great results.

My TV has occasionally had problems with losing the cable signal, but not the streaming, for brief periods. The Geek Squad guy analyzed the problem, advised me of two ways to fix it and the cost likely to be involved. Their advise was important for my deciding on future action to deal with the issue.

The agents mounted and set up 3 smart TV's, helped us to get started using them. They also installed a surround sound system as though it was their own home. They cleaned up as they went and left us cleaner than when they started. They tweaked the surround sound system it is great. We were very happy with their service, professionalism and friendliness.

Chris answered all our questions and gave us good advice on a receiver to buy. I will definitely buy from Best Buy! Great follow up from the Geek Squad.
