There were two gentlemen that came and we had a very good discussion about TV size, speakers and their placement and sound. They did not push Best Buy other than recommending I visit a store with a Magnolia listening room to select a center channel. This is a fantastic service.

The picture is awesome! The system paired with the wireless remote is very easy to use.

Got sound bar to work but it went out after he left. Asked to show me how it goes off on hits own- & how to put it back on but he assured me it would not go off again. It did & I don’t know how to put it on

The GS helped me set up my streaming services on my remote control. It worked for a while and then a wrong button was pushed and it’s messed up again. My fault not GS.

The 3 rd party installer didn’t show up instead the Geeksquad came by. One guy installed the smart door lock and it was fine but the guy who installed the doorbell left ugly installed on doorbell. It didn’t look professional job but it was okay to get by. Other then that everything was good!

The agents came to my house to review my situation, as I was considering adding some security cameras. They were very knowledgeable and seemed to care about my situation. I plan to proceed with their recommendations--so I do plan to use them again.

They came, they surveyed, and all of my products were later setup to perfection.

Geek Squad provided recommendation on current wiring, home theater set-up and possible new sound bar locations and usage. Suggestion were ease to understand, GS member explained everything very clearly.

Had no issues with the stove & microwave installation but the dishwasher was a different story. It took the techs ALL day to install they left & went to Lowe’s 2 different time and I still had a bad leak when they left. I had to hire a plumber to fix the leak

Matt and Travis did a great job of installing my new sound bar. They were very efficient.
