Geek squad came in evaluated suitability for ROKU instead of Direct TV. We then ordered ROKU for our TV's. They were very professional.

They are professional and polite. They know what we want. Punctual. We can get good advise from them. If they finish the site inspection earlier they will give more information on the home needs if required. If you plan to do a lot of modification and purchase for a particular year its better to get their one year service.

The agent listened to understand the problem and ran through a series of tests to identify the problem. There are many factors that could create the problem. We believe he may have identified the problem and replaced some wiring. The agent was very good.
