The new television and speaker system is really, really good. I also appreciate all of the young men who ordered, advised, installed, etc.. the equipment. I could not have asked for better results. Thank you!

Damian was professional, knowledgeable, quick, and polite. He and the other man hid all the wires, installed/hung the TV, and consolidated all the remotes to 2 (one for TV and one for Direct TV. All I can say I would use these 2 young men again, again, and again. I have already told all my friends to use Geek Squad to install their TVs.

The review of the potential mounting of a tv on the fireplace was generally satisfactory. Most questions were answered but the only item that we did not get clear was a reference to a “Bailey “ system. The agent said our electrician should know what that is but he didn’t.

Our appointment was merely for checking the wall where a TC mounting bracket was to be installed. Kevin did a fine job of helping us to order the proper equipment. He gave us good advice and was interesting to visit with.

The tech that came out to our house was great- we have had a few others look at our hook up without success - it is finally working - very nice guy too

Tristan and Joe L did a fantastic job mounting my two large tvs. Tristan had available parts I needed which was so helpful. They were very knowledgeable and professional, and I recommend them very highly.

Rep seemed knowledgeable and was very pleasant. Even helped get remote control fixed. But still waiting for his recommendation on what I should be purchasing ... its been 2 weeks since his visit. I'll give him 1 more week to re-contact.

The man from Geek Squad that answered my call let me know when he was on his way and arrived on time. Score One. He found out what we were having trouble with and explained the new remote to me and was able to give me a lesson in remote technology that I was not aware of. I would definitely ask to have him make a return trip if I needed Geek Squad help again.

Christian and Nico were great they matched my old Sony Stereo with new speakers new chords and a Cabinet they were wonderful !!!

I was considering my options for wall mounting my TV in a corner with two choices of mounts and a furniture choice. It was questionable whether a corner mount could fit my needs. The Geek Squad people measured and considered and in the end I decided on a furniture option which worked well. They also gave me opinions of sound bar choices.

VERY professional (and friendly) installation. Efficient and very good about answering all ur questions. Provided contact info in case we had more questions or issues.

Chris from the Geek Squad removed a moveable TV mount and installed a new fixed TV mount. He also installed the wiring for the 46" TV which he mounted. The wiring was installed inside the wall and connected at the bottom of the wall into the outlet. I now do not see the TV wiring. I am very happy with the installation. Chris is courteous and very experienced.

The Geek member was very helpful and informative when explaining what I needed.

The tech was extremely thorough with trouble shooting our lip sync issues. It appears that Spectrum is very inconsistent with what they broadcast and it makes your techs job very difficult. I applaud your efforts to satisfy me.

We had a very friendly, helpful, and efficient site visit to help us sort out how to "cut the cord" (i.e., DirectTV) and still get the most from streaming and local channels in our particular situation.

Michael surveyed my existing in wall speaker locations, my existing audio (and visual) equipment, explained my options (and why) and will put a plan together to get everything working properly.
