I was having problems with the screen flashing white when turned on. They made an adjustment with the wiring. Advised me that the sound bar needed repair. I have not brought it in yet

Agents came out ahead of time to make sure everything i wanted to buy would fit but they sent home theater guys and they did it wrong and the hood over the oven wouldn't work. Then the assistant manager told me the 5 percent certificate i would receive could be changed to points so i could use it later in the year instead of expiring in 2 months was wrong. When i tried to change it over i was told i couldn't so now i will lose it. I don't have anything to buy so soon. They need to get their act together!

The guys came and mounted my rear speakers hid the wires along the baseboard and installed all my devices through the amp while cleaning up and organizing all the wiring behind the shelf. They also calibrated the system and went over every input and function. Cleaned everything up on the way out and took the boxes with them. Well worth the cost.

Service technicians were great. They worked quickly and neatly.

These guys were awesome. They went over options for us to acquire free network channels, including streaming directly from the network or installing different types of antennae, and recommended products that Best Buy doesn't even sell! They offered to help me install whatever product I decided upon if I needed help. Really good, knowledgeable, polite guys.

They did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend them again! It didn’t take long at all. Eric was spot on ! If I need any more help, I’m calling the Geek Squad!!!!

The agents disconnected all of my entertainment system components, took the TV off the wall, and made sure that I had all the cables and power cords. When I move into my new house I will have everything needed for them to mount and get my all of my entertainment components reconnected.

My installation was contracted out which I was not aware of until the technician showed up. Disappointing on the time window... I was told three different times and it was not until after the third someone showed up. I was under the impression that a member of the Geek Squad would walk through the installation with me and explain the products. ( I paid for the additional service). Disappointing that 2 hrs after installation I received a notification that my camera batteries needed charging! So I had to remove the batteries and charge for 12hrs!! Why were they not 100% charged prior to installation? I don’t feel that I received the service that I paid almost $900.00 !!

Home Consultant Jeff Johnsey did a terrifc job in evaluating my needs for a new mounted large screen TV and new wifi system. He's so knowledgable about all of it and how it works in the house.I would recommend him to anyone who's looking for competent advise.

I bought a new fire stick, I love that no matter what I buy I'm covered by the geek squad. It comes in handy if you have something that you've decided to return after the return date. It's always accepted if you have the geek squad protection. Great to have for alot of reasons.

I have purchased the Best Buy Total Tech protection plan at Best Buy. Since I purchase all of my electronic appliances and products at Best Buy....It only made sense to use Best Buy superb agents at the Geek Squad....
