Had a geek squad site survey before geek squad would install our purchased articulating tv/monitor mount above the gas fireplace so the geek squad was confident they could complete the task. OK, it worked out just fine and the geek squader arrived within the designated time slot and signed off on the install location.

Good microwave. Only con is the display does not light up so you have to first turn on light in kitchen so you can see the buttons on the microwave at night

For anyone that's not sure what they want as far tech in there house. Ask for this, it's free and all you have to do is tell them your idea or ask about what is possible and they will give you a complete in home service mapping out your dreams. I did this for a in home mesh network, ring security system, and four-tv wall matrix. These guys are top-notch

The agents showed me how to connect to Direct TV Stream without using an external box. They also left their business card and told me to call if if I had additional questions.

The agents hooked up an older device to our new TV with equipment they had in their truck. We talked through what was possible and when we learned that we could not do exactly what we wanted to do, they figured out a way to achieve our desired purpose.

The squad that helped me specifically was the magnolia team. They were more expensive than geek squad but they were the elite team force! They came in, planned everything out, set it up and configured everything and were out. Very professional, very courteous, very fast and knowledgeable.
