They arrived on time, were professional and polite. Answered all my questions, and never applied the "hard sell" when it came to Best Buy products or services. I would highly recommend a Geek Squad site review for anyone setting up a new home network.

Moving video equipment

I want to move my surround sound equipment and components back into the living room out of a closet. I was told the best way to go about it and how much Best Buy would charge. It seem like a no brainer to have it done correctly. Also for a few dollars more they can program all equipment to my remote.

Great Geek Squad service

Chris and Shane were here at different times - each was so helpful, followed through, returned phone calls, followed up to make sure everything was working correctly. Really appreciated them getting everything set up.

They talked out my options with me and were willing to take the time to get things to my exact specifications. I was told to avoid third-party…took a little longer but I believe it was worth it.

Geek Squad Installed my TV & hid the cables!

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Geek Squad arrived on time and very quickly determined they could mount my new TV to my existing stand and not to have to mount it on the wall. This is exactly what I hoped for as a window would have caused problems with the wall mounting. They mounted the TV and hid the cables in the riser in the center of the TV stand.

Geeks Squad helping with TV audio

Kudos to the geeks Dave

Disappointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although the agents were good, I was disappointed overall since my projector which was in stock when I made the order, was not available on the day of my install. I rushed to get the room prepared for my install (paying extra just to ensure I was prepared for install day) only to be told I could get a partial install. In addition, my rescheduleD date should have priority over others since I made my purchase before them. I am also not satisfied with the COVID reason since the merch was available previously and I could have secured it weeks ago from another vendor if Best Buy did not gamble on having shipment before my install.

Extraordinary Experience!

They posses rare qualities that are typically not found in the modern day market place. They are consummate professionals and clearly took pride in servicing our interests.

In-Home Adviser & Geek Squad installers were great

They were professional, friendly and did an outstanding job.

Disappointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve been working with the Folsom store since October trying to purchase a microwave to match the stovetop and oven I purchased in your store. I’m not an expert in purchasing appliances and expected that from your employees. The people were nice but no consistency in meeting my expectations. My oven is in but not balanced, the stovetop is coming in May, fingers crossed. I had to go directly to whirlpool to purchase the Microwave. I am aware these are difficult times but remember there difficult for the consumer as well

They came out to inspect the area and made suggestions of the options I had. Agent was very polite and courteous. He answered all the questions I had and was very patient with me.
