James is the Best!

Geek squad connected five channel

After they left TV did not work right. I had to call Geek squad for help. I suggest Geek squad follow up service with a call to verify everything is alright,

The geek squad is so knowledgeable

He recommended another up model which the geek squad will install. He also answered some questions about my iPhone & solved a problem that I was having with it

TV set up poor with original geek squad pair.

I am a senior with a lot of pain, and he has made my whole experience much better. He is what I expect in a “quality” geek squad member.

They asked what I wanted and they surveyed the area to determine if it’s possible to accomplish my goals. They provided honest opinions and recommendations. No complaints.
