reviewed what we had and suggested what tv to purchase. Looked at wiring the previous owner had and told us to leave them alone we would not need them any longer.

Used quite a few times since moving and needing TV's wall mounted, soundbars and surround sound systems, blu ray player including putting connection wires through the wall leaving a neat, seamless look to my brand new house.

The Geek Squad outlined the issue quickly and gave me the road forward.

He was prompt, called the night before. The day of his arrival he called once again. He showed up when he said he would. Did an analysis and made recommendations. I am going to pursue his recommendations.

The agents removed hanging cord from the TV to the sound bar, added the installation kit to the bedroom TV, and installed two Smart Plugs. They were friendly and worked quickly to get these items done for us.

The Geek Squad guys listened to what I wanted and made recommendations that have worked out great. They took the time to help me decide what would be best for my situation.

Still working with our agent to design our whole house system. Internet, TVs , sound system. Something two out of touch boomers could never get right without expert help.

The tech didn’t send me the measurements as I requested & there was no record in the store of his results so I ordered another refrigerator and hope it fits.

Excellent service. Mounted my new TV on on my wall, cleaned any mess from the process and were very courteous.

Site team came out to inspect the wall above my fireplace. They were able to tell me that they couldn't do in wall power connection. Team was great and knowledgeable.

I had to call someone back to check on my TV sound issue, and she made a house call the same hour that I called. She quickly explained to me the issues causes and helped me set up the TVs sound so that I can easily hear what I needed to hear again. All this at no charge.

I think the young man’s name was Will. He looked at what I had going on and told me what I needed. They are coming on the 16th to hook me up.

The geeks did a excellent job with my 75” tv. I will say this do not go with the 3rd party offer to connect your tv. We did at first and we had to call back for the geeks to come in a fix what the 3rd party did wrong. I should had gone with the geeks from the jump. They did a excellent job at my house.

Very professional and pleasant. In and out quickly and asked if we needed assistance with how to use the product or the app on our phones.

Great people that came out, friendly and very nice. They however could not recommend a security camera system for us, where the cameras need to be placed, they seemed restricted by what they could say or recommend. That didn't work well for me....I thought They could give me more help in the types of camera system I needed for my property, family needs, etc. I fell at this point in time after exploring all the different types of systems on the market, I need to hire a professional to due my instillation. I have been hid with more spam adds than I could imagine after I gave you my email address, don't know what to think about this....

The agents mounted my TV above the fire place and hid all the cables for me, they adjusted it to my preferences and were super cordial! Not only did they do a great job, but there work is also insured and they were way cheaper than any other folks in my area. I would definitely recommend them!

One person arrived; were advised two. Wouldn't climb up to inspect the scope of the installation. He advised me that installing a wholehouse wired security cameras system was out of his scope of work. And then left. That is not what the phone person who set up that appointment had given the impression of. So disappointed for them wasting my time.

I would recommend Brian from the geek squad. Very helpful and new more than the last guy that was. The next question is would i recommend a geek member. Only if it’s Brian
