Definitely a plus getting the site survey, at no cost, to ensure that our counter depth refrigerator that was being ordered would fit into the space allowed. The Best Buy rep. came on time as promised and was in and out quickly to confirm our order.

The Geek Squad came to my house as scheduled to evaluate mounting a 70" TV above a fake stone fireplace. They said that they did not do the electrical work and suggested that I call an electrician.

Nikkito has been instrumental in setting up my movie room. He has to come out again because I decided to change the layout of the room. We placed a site survey order and expected proper follow-up. After the survey, we received no communication for an entire week. We went back to the store to address the issue, yet again heard nothing afterward. We tried calling and messaging the representative who provided their number, still no response. As I write this, it has been 20 days with zero communication. When calling the customer service line, I get placed on long holds or the call suddenly goes silent on the other end. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. A company should not make customers chase basic information.

Geek squad helped us prepare our living room for painting followed by installation of a new 4k tv and system receiver

He came in and showed me how you can tell the difference between studs and the concrete walls. He always explained everything they were going to do on the installation. I was very pleased

I've used Geek Squad before, and will use them again. My wife's new laptop will need to receive data from her old desk top. Only Geek Squad will be handling that for us! Then on Oct 24th I buy my new desk top computer and have Geek Squad transfer data from my old desk top!

The Geek technician not only surveyed our home to make sure the cameras were the right fit, but also installed the security system the same day. He did and excellent job in explaining to us how to use the system, monitor it, connect it to our phones, and charge the batteries in the cameras.

One of the best 60 minutes spent! I learned a vast amount of information on the Best Buy "Smart Home" items that I have purchased and excellent recommendations for additional items. I was given hints on several items that I could install myself. I have been very pleased with my annual Greek Squad contract.
