Rep was courteous and knowledgeable on basic home secure products. I was hoping for a representative that had installed some of the smart home products, nonetheless he did help answer some of my questions at a cost of 'complimentary'.

They showed up when they said they would. Helped me to decide where to put the new tv I wanted to buy and what size would work best in the room. Answered all my questions and asked appropriate questions that I hadn’t thought of. Because of the service I will use the Total Tech Support for other things

Bradley Boggess and Herbie Goetz did a great job on where to install three ring cameras. I now know what to do before they come and install the new cameras. They are knowledge and professional.

Site survey is always a good idea if for nothing else than peace of mind. The spec sheets with the appliances always have a disclaimer stating the printed demensions may vary slightly. The Best Buy Geak Squad man who came out ensured the built-in appliance would fit, although snuggly. Highly recommend this free service!!!

I really appreciated that the tech did not try to sell me on things I did not need. I wanted to get speakers install in my living room walls and the told me it would take too much time and cost too much. He recommended a premier sound bar.

From start to finish the team was great. They walked me through each step and made aesthetic changes while installing my outdoor sono speakers as requested. They guided me through installation process and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn’t have asked for better service.
