They connected my sound bar the correct way. I would recommend these guys to anyone who has a sound bar not installed correctly.

I recently replaced my beverage cooler after a one year. The warranty I purchased will not go to the new cooler even though I have a year remaining. It seems in the contract you purchased states once it is replaced the warranty is null and void. It does not matter if you purchased a warranty for two years or five years you lose. I sent my complaint to the AG Boston, but was referred back to Best Buy. They would not do anything except to say you made out well. Not sure if I would buy a warranty again for any of my appliances. Sad a company this large does not care about a customer only their bottom dollar.

Doug and Rob installed my Legrand in wall power kit!!! They deserve a huge raise... they even took the time to show me how to use the remote control... Since the guys who mounted the TV did not take the time.... DOUG AND ROB ARE AN EXCELLENT TEAM for GEEK SQUAD!!
