    Geek squad member showed up at appointed time, after several e-mails confirming all details. He was polite, put on disposable slippers over his street shoes, looked at all of my issues and suggested a solution. Very professional.

    Some issues are still there. When playing content from my ROKU device my back speakers are much louder than the front speakers.

    Guys were polite and professional; however after they left we noticed that the push button switch on my Electrocompaniet power amp was depressed into the unit rendering it unusable. How this could have happened, I can't imagine.

    Kean worked with us and put it all together. IT WORKS!!! This Geek was (is) fantastic. Even gave us his card and we did call him with a question.,,Guess what--HE CALLED BACK !! Came by and fixed an issue and gave us more info and instruction. Put us at ease and we love how it all works

    The site survey was very helpful in answering the questions I had regarding compatibility of major appliances in my new kitchen design. The reason I'm giving only 2 stars and not recommending this service is for the great level of difficulty I had to endure scheduling the correct professional to finally come to the house for the survey. I made the appointment for the site survey in person at a Best Buy store customer service desk where I explained my need for advice on the compatibility and installation of a new over the range microwave hood combo with a gas cooktop. The customer service employee even read the appointment request back to me to ensure correctness in the details. However on the evening before the appointment I received a reminder call from a home theater advisor confirming his specific arrival time for the next day. Obviously the wrong professional!!! I explained the problem to him and was assured that an appointment correction would be escalated to the area manager and a kitchen appliance installer would be dispatched for my appointment the next day and there was no need to cancel or reschedule. Further I was assured that I would receive a confirmation of arrival time the next morning. No such call ever came. After waiting half a day for any contact, I called the toll free number and spoke to a customer service representative who rerouted me to the local store, which had absolutely no record of any appointment ever being scheduled. I was then rerouted back to the toll-free customer service line where I finally was able to reschedule the appointment, for the correct professional. However, I never received a confirmation phone call from the installer specifying his arrival time. Again, the advice received from the appliance installer during the site survey was helpful, however the difficulty scheduling and the time off from work on two occasions to get to that point were not really worth the effort.
