The Geek squad was very knowledgeable on the products they sold us. When we got in a jam with the sound bar that we added to the purchase of OLED TV they were able to assist with a quick direction to correcting the sound to the perfect level.

The installation went very smoothly, the installer suggested that I use a different mobile arm to get the range of motion that I wanted for the new TV and it worked much better. Good installers, cleaned up afterwards and were very speedy.

The agent reviewed all my home theater devices and found a way to optimize my streaming services. I had been having trouble with my fire tv.

The in home consultation was great. We discussed various needs for each room. After his visit I sent follow up notes, and he was able to email his recommendation of a few options for Televisions, WiFi, etc.

The agents were fantastic and were efficient and friendly. My only concern is about the mesh unit. Do I have to pay monthly to keep it working? I keep getting emails saying my trial ends soon.
