After talking with a store associate, we decided that having a member of the Best Buy Geek Squad come to our house to help evaluate what size TV and where we should locate it might be a good idea - and it was!

Jacob was on time, gracious and respectful. His knowledge was extraordinary and timely for possible changes after moving to this area.

They corrected my audio problem. The service was on time, after two missed appointments. The first two appointments arrived early (before the scheduled time). As a result I had to reschedule twice from work.

They. did a great job, My order which they wrote down got screwed up at the store so when they arrived to install my TV they did not have a key part. They packed things up and returned the next day and set us up properly. Great Team

Geek Squad techs are very helpful and knowledgeable. They also found the perfect fit for my system and it was on sale!

The agents did a survey on my Sony Bravia XBR-65A8H. They cleaned up some problems, but said Sony would have to come in and fix the others. Very knowledgeable and helpful, and I would recommend them to come to your home.

The agents worked diligently to figure out why our tvs were not connecting to the internet. Unfortunately our problem was not resolved which was not the fault of the agents. It was an installation problem by the builder.

Gene and his assistant did a great job installing my new speakers new Sonos sound system. Gene also did an excellent job explains how everything worked. He left his card and encouraged me to call him with any questions.

Geek folks surveyed the layout, made suggestions and got to work installing the speaker set up. Dialed in my receiver and dedicated the various speakers for different types of listening, i.e., music only, surrounded for movies, etc.

Carson was great. He did an excellent job installing my TV on the wall. I will definitely use the Geek Squad again.
