The Geek came to our home and showed us how to operate our remote control so we could switch from vcr to tv easily. He was very patient and most helpful.

The agents were thorough and made suggestions that would benefit our environment. They were both professional, conscious of the Covid protocols and honest about what would work best for us.

We needed to do some updating on our tv and cable vs antenna. The young man was very pleasant, took his time answering our questions and was patient. Technology is marvelous and it is amazing, if it is understood. We understand so much better now.

Geek Squad is variable. If you get a knowledgeable technician, you will do fine. If you don’t, you have wasted money. Geek Squad came to my house twice and failed both times to connect my new TV and my DVD players . On the other hand, I brought a new computer to the store to have data transferred from the old. The new computer screen froze and had to be returned but the Geek Squad people were helpful in arranging the return and got me in to the store without waiting in the long line.
