I have used the services of the Geek Squad for several years and have been extremely pleased with them. The young man that came out to my home was professional, prompt, knowledgeable and he had wonderful patience with my questions and needs.

The Geek Squad quickly and efficiently installed the 65” TV and connected it to all my devices.

I was impressed with their knowledge and all the crew that was helping . All were polite and friendly.i now have a new Sony Bravia hung above my fireplace and a new Sonos system . I did enjoy all the geek squad vehicles in front of my house!

It was nice to have a site survey before Geek Squad actually came out. Alex noticed some things that could pose a problem and let the installers know about the issues. They showed up to do the install with what they needed to attack the problem head on!!

Randal and his coworker did and excellent job with wall mounting of my tv.

The agents came to my home to give me a quote to to install my home theater system, they took my information and never called me, I left a message for the agent he never called be back.

Both Eduardo and Dillion, from the Geek Squad, did a great job/service installing outdoor security cameras, doorbell and door locks. They were very patient and problem solving where it was the best place where to install the cameras.

The crew had to comeback a 3 times to match the products to the hearing needs of the client. Got it tuned and everything is fine.

Very happy with this purchase, if you are looking for a home security system this can fit the bill. Installation was super easy, just be warned the camera power supplies need to be inside and protected. So be ready to drill holes through your walls.

These fellows were on time, cordial and helpful that is rare these days.
