We were having a TV mounted on the wall in an assisted living. Best Buy recommended a site visit to assure the TV & Wall mount could be installed. The Geek Squad came on time and inspected the location. When we had it installed, there were no issues.

Geek Squad staff were prompt and efficient in their site survey. They were able to provide us with the important information we needed to move forward with our project. Neat, tidy, polite and friendly.

I asked BB/Geek Squad to come out to see if/ how the could mount my old HD Sony 55’ TV in my basement and they explained how and we asked them to do so and now happy to watch tv and play old school gaming systems Nintendo Game Cube etc. Many Thanks!

The Geek Squad's talents seem to be strong when it comes to computer systems. They can also come out and install your new TV. However, Best Buy used to have excellent Home Entertainment System Specialists when they were known as "Magnolia" inside of Best Buy. Those type of people are no longer there. Experience and Expert Advice has declined. It's sad to see that gone now.

The in home installation dudes and site survey folk (Corey) rock the house. As they were drilling for a prior job one was drilling and another was vacuuming. 5 stars all day long. Highly recommended and used multiple times.
