Guy came to do site survey day before job. He said they could not hook TV up, as I have U Verse and they can not move their line. I paid an electrician to have everything ready to go and was told it was. So had to cancel and schedule 2 weeks later, because the following week I had to have AT&T come out to move line. Technition came in with some instrument and went over to the outlet my electrician installed. He looks at me and says "it is all ready to go, the line is there". ???? Wasted 2 weeks!!

I am very pleased with the new system and just hope it is as reliable as my old Sony tv that I had for 15 years with never a service call. Robert, the technician, was terrific and did a great job.
