Agents came to assess a malfunctioning Sonos Arc and were unable to fix but they were professional and helpful and let us know that there would likely be a software update soon to fix the issue.

Guys who installed the tv were top notch. Getting the appointment slightly changed to include installing the newly purchased receiver was a nightmare. Scheduling is very inflexible. I needed a thoughtful human to make a decision. I now have to have a second installation appointment. Very poor on this measure.

I had Geek Squad out for a site evaluation for home theater install and whole house sound in a new house purchase. I had used them for my previous house home theater purchase and whole house sound and install and they were great. Theater install went fine including wall drop for cable. I called and spoke multiple times to Michael S. to get sound person to come back to evaluate putting in amplifier and Sonos for existing ceiling speakers. No one followed up. I gave up and called another local company to do the work.

The agent arrived within the specified time frame. Agent was friendly and went to work on my problem immediately after I explained what was happening. He fixed the problem and explained what he did and showed me what to do.

I am grateful I purchased this service. My first use I was able to use an online tech to link into my computer remotely and fix and find what I needed. Paid for itself 1st use!
