The Geek Squad was supposed to install a GE double oven back on July 23, 2021. However the conduit was too short (40") to function in my house. Therefore they were unable to perform their job. This was due to unwillingness of store manager Gabriel (at the porter Ranch store) to call GE and request a 54" conduit. I highlighted the problem of the 40" conduit to him , and asked him to call GE and request the 54" conduit so the unit could be installed and he refused, saying that I should call GE. I told him that it was his job to call and request the conduit from GE because I was buying the double oven from Best Buys. At this point he walked away. The other manager who was present for this entire conversation was at a loss as to what had just occurred. I find lack of professionalism and courtesy unacceptable!

Great help! Geek squad was able to figure out where the speakers hook up in my new house and set up what I need to order to get everything working!

They got my streaming channels working ok but couldn’t figure out how to go thru my amplifier.
