The Manager helped me go through what seemed like hundreds of DVDs in a bin only to not find it. He told me he would go by several stores the next day to try and find one. I received a call the next day saying he had found one. This was absolutely outstanding customer service and I have sung the raves of his hard work to everyone I know.
